Our dairy goat herd got started in 1990 and is composed of Nubians & Lamanchas.

Our health policy-

. Healthy goats are an important issue to us. We test annually for CAE and currently have no positives in the herd and have not had any for several years. Our animals have never had an infectious abscess. We feed heat-treated colostrum and pasteurized milk as part of our strict CAE prevention program.  They are vaccinated against the Clostridial diseases and tetanus and kids are fed grain with Deccox for coccidial control. We also provide a free choice goat mineral mixture.

We strive to have a small herd and to keep the resident milker list as low as possible.  This means many fine show quality milkers will be for sale during the year. Let us know if you are interested in a specific doe (or buck) and we will let you know if she/he becomes available.

Our goal is to breed consistently beautiful, productive, healthy, sound and long-lived dairy animals. We are not currently on  DHIR as our tester moved away. I am hoping to go back on test as an owner sampler in 2007 to get the girls some well-deserved stars. We have regular herd appraisals and a moderate show schedule as yet other tools to reach our herd goals.

Terms of sale:

1. Choose your kid and send your selection along with a $100.00 deposit. This deposit is refundable only if the requested kid is not born or if the dam does not freshen to our expectations. In this case you may chose another kid or have your deposit cheerfully refunded.

However, your deposit will NOT be refunded if you change your mind.

2. Your kid should be picked up or shipped by 6 weeks of age if ordered before birth.

3. Your selection will be honored if a pre-ordered kid is born. We will not keep your selection because it turns out too nice! Kids that we plan to keep are noted as reserved on our list. Let us know if you would like a kid that is already reserved as people often change their minds.

4. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We will ship out of the San Jose airport.

5. Discounts are available for 4-H, FFA, and group purchases.

6. A shipper tank is available for semen purchases.

7. Animals are guaranteed sound and fertile. We do not guarantee a grand champion, but we want happy customers and will replace unsound, unsatisfactory 1st freshening does or yearling bucks that have been well cared for. Inquire for more details about this guarantee.
